JV is an attorney at Oneway Law Group, specializing in personal injury, dental malpractice, and real estate law. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in May 2024. During law school, Mr. Louis was a member of the Trial Team and actively participated in various legal societies, showcasing his commitment to the legal profession. On September 24, 2024, Mr. Louis was sworn in as a member of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Louis brings a unique blend of skills to our practice, having gained valuable experience in personal injury law during his clerkships. He has drafted numerous settlement demands, managed client records, and analyzed insurance policies for bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims. His experience also extends to insurance defense litigation, where he assisted in achieving favorable settlement outcomes and case dismissals.
Adding to his legal expertise, Mr. Louis owns and operates JVL Property Management, LLC, giving him valuable insights into real estate law and short-term property management.
Mr. Louis is also a licensed real estate agent with Avenew Realty, an authorized Title Agent with Old Republic, as well as a licensed Notary Public in the State of Florida.
